The National Social Security and Insurance Trust (NASSIT) is a Statutory Public Trust that operates Sierra Leone’s National Pension Scheme. NASSIT acquired an interest in the Cape Sierra Hotel as part of its investments and is now looking for a private partner to rehabilitate, redevelop, operate, and maintain the Cape Sierra hotel. Cape Sierra is located in Aberdeen, a suburb of Freetown. Cape Sierra enjoys a beach front location and features 66 rooms and 50 chalets. Participants in the selection process will be required to fulfill, amongst others, the following criteria:
Participants may form a consortium with other parties, and submit a Bid under conditions that shall be defined in the tender documents. Participants will receive the tender documents once NASSIT confirms receipt of a completed Application Form, signed Confidentiality Agreement. NASSIT reserves the right to modify or terminate this Tender at any time. More information about the opportunity can be found in the Information Notice and the Information Memorandum. Please note that a retender process is underway and the timetable and tender structure included in the Information Notice and Information Memorandum will be revised. |
